You confirm that you own the property or are authorized to list it, and that the information you give us is accurate. You give us permission to display your listing details and photos on Shop A Space and in our emails, and to use the information you provide as described in our Privacy Policy. Any listing fees will be posted before they apply, and a fee never depends on whether or when a space leases.5. Using the site. Don't submit false information, scrape the site, or use it to send spam.6. No warranties. Shop A Space is provided "as is."
